Having an opinion on whether it is easier to rent a home or to own a home brings with it a huge debate. Obviously there are many factors that go into the decision and most of them come down to personal preference. Of course, as issues arise, opinions are subject to change.

Although a down payment is generally required to purchase a property, a sizable sum is needed to rent a home. One needs first, last and security which can be the equivalent to a down payment to own. When you rent, you are beholden to the landlord’s time frame to address an issue. The perk is that they pay for the repair but it may not be timely and might be done poorly.
We also wanted to let everyone know that we have a great listing coming on the market within the week. It is located in the Jupiter/Tequesta area. It is a stunning home with a pool located in a golf course community. There is no mandatory membership fee which is very rare.
